A gift represents the sentiment, taste, and blessings of the giver. It also bears the responsibility of becoming a useful and long-lasting companion.
The lid represents heaven, the bowl represents humanity, and the saucer represents earth, subtly embodying the harmony of heaven, humanity, and earth. The 'New Three Talent Gaiwan' designs the saucer as a persimmon-shaped teacup, fulfilling the traditional tea brewing function while increasing practicality and portability, hence its name 'New Three Talent Gaiwan.
